Gonzague Jaret - Co-founder
A former banker who decided to take the plunge and leave the world of finance to fully live his passion for coffee and craftsmanship without ever regretting his choice.
Several years have passed since then: a rich experience in coffee roasting, quality control, logistics and customer service.
