This is the core of our business. Each green coffee we decide to buy has been rigorously tested and must meet a set of precise criteria. Quality is our main focus.

We are looking for specific flavors, cultivars, producers, regions and processing methods. One of the key pillars that underpins our search for quality is the economics of production.

All our coffees have pricing traceability back towards the beginning of the chain. At a minimum, we know how much of the value stays in the producing country.

Roasting & Quality Control (QC)

We are proud to say we obsess over the details. Analysing each roast to make sure it meets our high standards before being packed and sent out to our valued customers.

Each coffee has a carefully elaborated roast profile which is crafted to best suit our selected green beans. We make sure the roast color, weight-loss and density are measured and as expected before the final step of quality control, tasting the coffee.

Packaging

Optimal Freshness Protocol (OFP)

Grind size, water temperature, dose, etc are all very important variables in making a delicious coffee, and so is freshness!

But there is an optimal freshness.

Our wholesale coffees are degassed to optimal freshness and then packaged with nitrogen to slow down the aging process and prolong the peak flavor window.

That means for our clients more delicious coffee and less fiddling around with the grinder.
